The notification email is the email that is sent to the owner of the form or another people when a form is sent. The “reply-to” address on this email can be the email address of the person filling out the form or a custom address that was added in Site Settings (Admin email, Support email or No-Reply email).
To set the “email reply-to” address to the email address of the person filling out your form, you must first add an email field to your form on the Form Builder. Some people forget this step and try to build the notification email before building their form. This won’t work.
Using a Custom ‘Email Reply-To’ Address
Sometimes, to help you filter the emails, you may want to set the “email reply-to” address to a specific address of your own. You can do this by adding your emails in Site Settings. Then you can pick one of these email addresses from the Reply-To drop-down list.
