The form name is what appears in the list of forms and on the browser tab when the form is open in a browser. We use it to identify each form in the system.
When a form is created, a default name is set: “Untitled Form”. However, to rename it, we just need to edit the title. The App will automatically capture the Form’s title and rename it.
To edit the name of your form manually, you have two options:
- In the Form Builder, click the Settings tab and you will see the Form Name field.
- Also, in the Form Settings page, you will see same field too.
After you type the name, click the Save button and it will save your new form name.
