We are pleased to announce the release of Easy Forms 2.5. It includes new features like Conditional Validation for Repeater Fields, Show multiple choice question with options and values in charts, Browser Geolocation when a form is embedded in a different website and many other enhancements and fixes.
What is New?
1. Conditional Validation with Repeater Fields
Now you can skip the Repeater field “required” validation based on user answers. For example, If in a Registration form we offer the option to register multiple team members using a Repeater field, we can configure the Repeater field to be required only if the user has selected a “Team registration” option; otherwise, the Repeater field will not be displayed and will not be required by the app.
2, Browser Geolocation when a form is embedded in a different website
Now the Form Widget will display the pop-up to allow the location permission.
3. Export Form Submissions with a Repeater field of Multichoice fields
Now we can include values captured by a multichoice field that is part of a Repeater field.
4. Report Builder: Show multiple choice question with options and values in charts
With this version we have improved how the data is displayed within the Report Builder. Now if you have a multiple choice question with options AND values in the submission report, the legend in the chart will show the label and values if both are different. These improvements avoid the confusion that arises when two options have a different label but the same value or vice versa.
