We are pleased to announce the release of Easy Forms 2.4. It includes new features like Deny Submissions by Conditional Rules, new validation rules for Repeater fields, improves the format of the data captured by textareas, fix the image rotation when produced by some cameras and many other new features, enhancements and fixes.
What is New?
1. Deny Submissions
Now you can deny submissions based on user answers. For example, if someone selects “Under 18” for age, you can prevent submission entirely, showing a message like “This program is only available to individuals 18 and over.”.
2. Repeater Field Validation Rules
Repeater field validation rules enforce data constraints within multiple rows of a single field. Rules can be applied to individual subfields (e.g., required text, unique data, max length, specific data types, regular expressions and more).
3. Show / Hide Comments in Submission Details page
Now the Submission Details page can be customized showing and hiding different sections, including the comments section.
4. Improves how long texts are displayed in the Textarea field
With this version we have improved how the data captured by a Textarea field is displayed in the Submissions Details page. Now line breaks entered by the user are now respected and displayed as is.
